The breakfast buffet had more options than I expected for a 3-star hotel apartment.
The receptionist said they upgraded my room to a bigger one. BUT, it wasn't a king bed. Instead, there were two single beds pushed together with only one double sheet, so my sleep was not comfortable.

the location was strategic. i could easily walk to restaurants and stores. i booked a room with a balcony. it had a decent amount of space.
the staff was not very cooperative! also, they seemed busy with other bookings at that time.

the staff provided an early check-in, which i really appreciated. they changed my room to a higher floor as well. the room seemed more comfortable and cleaner this way. i could easily reach convenient shops near the hotel.
The air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. The control switches were also not working well.
